Returns & Exchanges

At REHAUS, we want you to love your home; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your REHAUS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
