Cassina by Jaime Hayon Vico Purple Two Seater Sofa
First presented at the Salone del Mobile in 2014, the Vico seating collection was designed by Jaime Hayon for Cassina and named after his son.
Inspired by the Cassina archives, Hayon’s design for Vico perfectly balances the past with modern design and comfort. The two-seat sofa has a curved, shell-like seat with integrated armrests and is fully upholstered in purple fabric.
Two back cushions and two seat cushions in matching fabric have rounded corners, mirroring the silhouette of the sofa. The shell sits on an aluminium frame with a matt black painted finish, adding a more industrial feel to the otherwise soft shape.
